PAYMENT
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal,
checks, bank transfer or international money orders in US dollars.
Items are dispatched within 24 hours upon notification of cleared funds.
LAYAWAY
We offer a layaway purchase option over a six month duration on a
15% non-refundable deposit.
PRICING/SHIPPING
All prices are listed in US dollars. For US domestic orders, the
price includes shipping, packing and insurance. All items are
shipped via FedEx second day delivery within the Continental USA,
overnight delivery can be arranged for an additional fee. We ship USPS Express Mail for all overseas purchases and charge a $20 flat
rate shipping fee. For faster delivery, FedEx shipping can be arranged for an
additional fee. Yes, we will ship using your FedEx or
UPS account. DC residents please add 5.75% sales tax.
RETURNS
Any item may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full credit
towards another item in our gallery, less a 10% restocking fee,
providing we determine the item to be in “as purchased” condition.
SIZE
Unless otherwise specified, the size given is the overall height
and/or length to the nearest 5mm (1/4 inch) exclusive of the mount, where
applicable.
TRADE UP
We offer a “full-value” trade up policy for any item purchased from
our website or catalogue. Apply the original price of an item
purchased from us toward any higher priced item provided the traded
item is in “as purchased” condition.
