This red earthenware fragment depicts the head of a Bodhisattva with hair in rows of tight curls and  gathered in a knot on top, fleshy rimmed eyes and long, protruding ears.
	
	Condition:  The head is a fragment from a larger relief sculpture.  It is broken at the chin with no neck remaining.  There is a small loss to the nose, and slight weathering throughout with some mineral accumulation around the ears and between the curls of hair.  Otherise in good condition with custom mount.
